Kesem I.O Ltd. (“KESEM”) recognizes and respects the confidentiality and privacy of information collected through our service-secure mobile wallet for cryptocurrencies and blockchain assets named Kesem Wallet™ (the “Service”). Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our Service. ‘We’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ means KESEM, and ‘you’ means the user of our Service or the entity on whose behalf the user is using the Service. This is also to manifest our commitment to your privacy.

User Provided Information
When you subscribe to our Service, we ask you to provide certain information, some are personal information and some are not, as follows:

The Services collect precise information about the location of your mobile or other device through several means only when you use the application or perform a transaction. This is important data collected as part of the Service.

Information you upload to the Service or that we automatically collect, may be shared with our third-party providers in order to allow them to provide you with the Service. Update and correct information

You also have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.

Data retention and erasure
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information with respect to the Service, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your Wallet. This process will require your authentication to make sure you are the person requesting the closing of the Wallet. It is your responsibility to transfer your assets to another wallet before we close your Wallet, otherwise you will lose access to your cryptocurrencies or blockchain assets in the Wallet. Deleting your data may take up to 90 days. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:

We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
Because we maintain the Service to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
Third-party providers may also retain a copy of all the information you provided us with, which we have no control over.
We do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. You must be old enough to be eligible to make transactions in your Wallet in your jurisdiction, or otherwise qualify to make such transactions, whether through consent from your parent, a guardian, or some other way. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We use proprietary technology as well as third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to maintain our infrastructure, provide the Service, and communicate with you. We use commercially reasonable physical and technical safeguards to secure your data and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your data, which may be compromised by unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors.
